Delivery Policy

Same-day delivery is not guaranteed. Delivery availability depends on order time, service location, and product availability.

Orders are delivered to funeral homes or service locations based on the details provided at checkout.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of checkout, including:

  • Funeral home name

  • Service date and time

  • Delivery instructions

Park Floral Company prepares arrangements strictly according to the information entered during checkout.
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete dates, times, or location details.

Substitutions

Due to seasonal availability or supply limitations, flower substitutions may occasionally be necessary.

When substitutions occur:

  • The color palette and overall style of the arrangement will be maintained

  • Substituted flowers will be of equal or greater value

  • The design intent of the original arrangement will be preserved

Substitutions do not qualify as grounds for a refund.

Custom Nature of Arrangements

All funeral and sympathy arrangements are custom-designed and prepared specifically for each order. Once preparation has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
